Regular verbs form their Simple Past and Past Participle adding –ed to their infinitive form (Los verbos regulares forman el pasado simple y el participio añadiendo -ed al infinitivo). But irregular verbs do not follow this rule, so you have to memorize this list (Los verbos irregulares no siguen esta regla, por eso tienes que aprenderlos de memoria):
