Negative form of the verb is used to deny the action that the verb indicates (La forma negativa del verbo se usa para negar la acción que indica el verbo). In English, negative forms are composed by (La forma negative en ingles está compuesta por):
Subject + conjugated auxiliary DO + NOT + Infinitive of the verb
(Sujeto + verbo auxiliar DO conjugado + NOT + verbo en infinitivo)

The simple present tense is used to refer to permanent situations and the frequency of events (El presente simple se usa para referirse a situaciones permanents y a la frecuencia de los acontecimientos).
The gramatical structure of “to have” is the same of the rest of the verbs ( La estructura gramatical para el verbo “to have” es la misma que la del resto de verbos). The only difference is that verb “to have”, as well as “to be” and “to do”, is an auxiliary verb and doesn’t need other verb to form negative and interrogative sentences (La única diferencia es que el verbo “to have”, al igual que los verbos “to be” y “to do”, es auxiliar y no necesita otro verbo para formar las orcaiones negativa e interrogative).
